Gourmet Cheese & Antipasto Platter – A slection of the cheeses that the Hunter is famous for from the famous Binnourie Dairy. Includes antipasto and fruit items and crackers.

Gourmet BBQ Pack – Pack includes meat for 2 people, green salad with caramelised balsamic dressing, ranch potatoes, corn on the cob, mustards and relishes.

Gourmet Picnic Hamper – Picnic on the banks of our beautiful dam or take your hamper to your favourite picnic spot. Returnable hamper is filled with cheeses, fruits, Salads and a selection of cold meats.

Mojo’s – Situated right at the end of our driveway, Mojo's has been a Hunter Valley favourite with both locals and visitors for 10 years. Husband and wife team Ros & Adam Baldwin pay close attention to finding the freshest of ingredients, much of which is grown by neighbours here in the Hunter Valley. Menus change seasonally and a daily blackboard menu reflects the regular flash of inspiration that keeps a good chef on his (or her) toes. Mojo's on Wilderness is about fun. Leaves & Fishes – Just around the corner is Leaves & Fishes, whose philosophy is fresh, smart and simple. Seasonal a la carte menu, the freshest home grown fish and hand-cut chips, buckets of prawns, freshly shucked oysters or just a prime cut. Antipasti to smooth, rich coffee. Casual boathouse dining with scenery to match or if you prefer, take away packs. Open for lunch Wed-Sun and Dinner Fri-Sun.

Wine Tours

Everything about Newcastle’s Famous Tram is unique. Built from scratch in 1994, the tram is a genuine replica of the original Newcastle working tram, which was in service in 1923.Newcastle's Famous Tram has become a tourist 'icon' within Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. The tour offers a pick up service from Wilderness Grove and visits a range of fine wineries, the Olive Centre, The Chocolate and Cheese Outlets and finishes a great day out with a liqueur tasting.

Hunter Valley Vine Link Tours ….
Enjoy the tour in comfort, in new vehicles, with air/con and reclining seats. Hunter Valley Vine Link offers a variety of wine tasting day tours from Wilderness Grove. Vinelink wine tours are lead by Bradley, who is a knowledgeable viticulturalist. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle that the city brings with it, let Bradley show you some of the hunter valley's wonderful sights on one of his special day tours.

The Vintage
This infamous Greg Norman designed 18 hole championship golf course gently winds around undisturbed wet lands, water carries, eucalypts and The Beggers Bridge and Bimbagen Vineyards. The magnificent $5 million Clubhouse overlooks the 18th hole and has been designed to blend with The Hunter Valley region, generously featuring sandstone and timber.


Cypress Lakes
Unveiled in 1992 and designed by Steve Smyers of Florida, the front nine is tree lined with sloping fairways and the back nine is a links style layout. Not to mention, over 60 huge bunkers and dramatically shaped and elevated greens. As well as each tee and green having stunning panoramic views of the valley’s famous vineyards and surrounding mountains.


Hunter Valley Country Club
Located in Lovedale, the Hunter Golf & Country Club provides an enjoyable golfing experience. Set amongst picturesque old vineyards of Pokolbin and framed by the rugged Brokenback Ranges, this exquisite course of rolling fairways, manicured greens and idyllic lagoons brings a special magic to this par 72, 18-hole course.
