INCLUSIONS

All tariffs include breakfast daily – Continental Breakfast (Tue – Fri mornings) and Hot Country Breakfast (Sat/Sun/Mon mornings), chocolates and a decanter of port in your room.
Two night stays include complimentary bottle of premium Hunter Valley wine and grove tasting basket on arrival.

CHECKING IN AND OUT

Check in is from 2pm daily. Check out is at 10am. Alternate check-in and check-out times by arrangement and subject to availability.
The security code for the front door will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone on the day of your arrival. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct mobile number prior to your arrival.

CONFIRMATIONS

On-line bookings will automatically receive a confirmation via e-mail at time of booking. All bookings will receive an emailed booking confirmation prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional adults in each suite. We can accommodate 1 child per suite in either a cot or roll-away bed MID WEEK ONLY or at any time with a whole house booking. Cot $50 per night (including linen), Roll-away bed - $50 per night (including linen)

PAYMENT

A 50% Deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. We regret that no bookings can be confirmed until this deposit has been received.
The balance due plus any incidentals or extras incurred during your stay will be invoiced at time of departure for payment prior to departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to your arrival, a full refund of your deposit will be given to you. Alternatively you may choose to have a credit provided to you for future accommodation.
For cancellations received within 4 weeks of your arrival, we are unable to refund deposits however we are happy to provide you with a credit against future accommodation.
Any cancellations received within 2 weeks of the date of arrival (4 weeks for whole house bookings) will incur the full accommodation fee (this includes stand-by bookings) unless we are able to re-book the room at the same rate. If the room is re-booked at a discount the difference between the discounted rate and the rate payable by the cancelling guest will be added to the standard cancellation fee and a refund of the balance paid given.
Cancellations (including no-shows) received within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full accommodation fee.
A $50 per suite standard cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations where a refund is provided.
Fee balances and cancellation fees incurred as a result of a cancellation will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
